ILEX handlebar harness

With an elastic cord to keep your jacket at hand when you're pedalling uphill and two straps that will allow you to store things like your tent poles.

The key to the handlebar harness is its adaptability. You decide the volume of the waterproof bag by adding more or less turns on each side of the closure and the harness straps keep the bag well attached to the handlebar in a very stable way.
