Warranty and returns

At Quercus Outdoor Equipment we comply with spanish electronic commerce laws and european legislation

We offer a 2 year warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials. Our guarantee does not cover the damages caused by the use and the passage of time that is expected in this type of articles. In any case, we will be happy to repair any bag made by us even out of warranty for a previously agreed price.

On already manufactured and in stock products you can make a return within 15 days if the product has not been used and is in perfect condition. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and the return of the money will be made through the original form of payment once we have received the product.

On products made to measure or on request we do not offer returns as it is an artisan product made expressly at the customer's request.
